School when used in the context "school budget", "school results,” or "the school reported" refers to physical plant and the collective of students, staff, administrators, parents, and community members actively involved educating the students. Together, these groups develop the education plan for the students in the school catchment area and work to implement that plan. A school is more than the physical plant or those attending or working in the school. A school is the entity that results from the purposeful interaction of the people and the building. It is different than any of its components.
