The following is a snap shot picture of the screen during an animation of our demonstration simulation - A Distribution Center Truck Operations Model. It shows warehouse crews, and delivery and pickup trucks.

The red and pink trucks are delivery trucks and have their own queue with 5 waiting positions. The pink trucks require a longer unloading time.

The green and lime green trucks are pickup trucks and have their own queue with 5 waiting positions. The lime green trucks require a longer loading time.

There is a common overflow queue in which trucks cannot pass.

There are 6 warehouse crews that can either load or unload. The 8 docks have the first 3 dedicated to deliveries and the last 5 dedicated to pickups.

The snap shot shows the queues and a truck leaving dock #3 at the top and another truck backing into position to be unloaded.
